I love having white teeth but sometimes the whitening gels make my teeth sensitive. Not much but enough to cause some discomfort for maybe a day or two. I found that if i brush with this once a day instead of my regular toothpaste it not only helps get rid of the sensitivity but also prevents it a lot of the time! Sometimes i alternate between this one and the whitening one to help keep my smile that little bit brighter. Even the whitening one seems to work just as well for getting rid of sensitive teeth.
